How We Work
We begin with discovery and planning sessions to understand the business model, risk landscape, and existing control environment. This is followed by a tailored risk assessment that prioritises audit focus areas using a risk-based approach.
During fieldwork, we conduct interviews, sample testing, and documentation reviews while maintaining open communication with management. We then deliver a concise report outlining findings, root causes, and practical recommendations. Where required, we present results to management, boards, or investors.
Each engagement concludes with a 30-day action plan and optional support to implement agreed improvements.

We serve clients primarily in the Greater Accra Region and emerging business hubs such as Kumasi and Takoradi. We also support remote engagements across Africa.
Our experience spans technology start-ups, fintech, agribusiness, health-tech, e-commerce, and professional services.
We work with organisations employing between 5 and 100 people, with annual turnover of up to GHS 50 million and limited in-house internal audit capacity.
Our ideal clients are at seed to Series B stages, where investors and regulators increasingly demand stronger governance and transparency.
