Emmanuel N. Dowuona brings 33 years of extensive experience in external and internal audit, risk management, and internal controls. For the past 17 years, he has served in senior leadership roles, directing multidisciplinary teams and shaping governance frameworks for both mid-sized and large organizations.
His career is highlighted by a 16-year tenure as a Senior Auditor at the Audit Service and a successful term as the Head of Internal Audit and Risk at the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC). Emmanuel’s unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight allows him to deliver sustainable improvements in financial integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
